The room itself is typically cooled to around 2–4°C (or to your preferred temperature). With the taps positioned just around 80mm away on the other side of the insulated wall, there’s no need for extended line runs.

This means wastage is reduced to next to nothing, and you can also eliminate the need for an additional cooling unit to achieve the desired serving temperature.
