Why Choose MDH Cold Storage for Cellar Cooling Installation in Manchester

What Is Cellar Cooling?

Cellar cooling systems are specialised units designed to maintain consistent temperatures, typically between 10°C and 14°C, for the storage of beverages such as beer and wine.

These systems ensure that drinks are served at their optimal temperature, preserving their taste and quality.

Cellar Cooling Approaches

Customised cooling systems designed to keep your drinks at the perfect serving temperature, ensuring consistency and quality.

Manchester’s bustling nightlife, with its thriving pubs, bars, and restaurants, demands reliable and efficient cooling solutions to cater to its diverse clientele. Whether you’re serving craft beer in a cosy bar or fine wine in a high-end restaurant, our tailored cellar cooling systems ensure your beverages are always ready to impress.

Standard Units

Our standard cellar cooling units typically cool the room to 12 degrees Celsius.

From there, the beer, lager, or other beverages pass through an additional cooling system and long pipes to reach the taps at the desired serving temperature.

Insulated Cold Room

The second approach we have taken working alongside a few of our customers. We build an insulated cold room as the back wall of your bar.

The room itself is cooled down between 2-4 degrees (or as requested by the customer), meaning there is no need for extra long lines as they go to the taps 80mm away through the insulated wall, cutting wastage down to next to nothing and removing the need for an additional cooling unit to reach the desired serving temperature.
