Second (pictured below) is the approach we have taken working along side a few of our customers. We build an insulated cold room as the back wall of your bar. The room itself is cooled down between 2-4 degrees or as requested by the customer, meaning there is no need for extra long lines as they go to the taps 80mm away through the insulated wall, cutting wastage down to next to nothing and removing the need for an additional cooling unit to reach the desired serving temperature.

Here at MDH Central Ltd, we offer two different approaches to cellar cooling. First is the most commonly used - standard units like the ones pictured below typically cool the room down to 12 degrees then the beer/lager etc. has to pass through another cooling system and long pipes to reach your taps at desired serving temperature.
